If you wish to delete personal information, please contact us at kundeservice@mokki.no.

We will not store personal information beyond what is necessary for the necessity of the processing. We cannot delete information that we are required by law to store, such as the Accounting Act.

We will respond to any inquiry to us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days. 

Purpose / use of information

The purpose of processing personal data is to improve and further develop MOKKI AS's services, so that you can have the best possible experience. We process personal information to send you relevant information and personal offers within the framework of the Marketing Act, unless you have asked us otherwise. We use the HotJar service to analyze usage patterns to improve the usability of the site. The data is anonymous and is used in aggregate form.

Use of our services

In order to make a purchase on the website, we need information from you so that we can fulfill the purchase agreement above you. We record what you have bought and your IP address.

Help Scout is our customer service program that allows us to communicate via email with you as a user. When you contact us, we ask for your name and e-mail in order to respond to your inquiry and to know who we are communicating with.

Click and collect is a service where users on the website can hold items in a physical store. Her we process information about name, phone and email to communicate with the user.

From you

When buying goods on mokki.com you must register name, address, valid email address and zip code. The information is stored with us.

We send out newsletters via Klaviyo. We only send out newsletters to customers who have given us permission to communicate with them via email. If you have received newsletters from us, and no longer wish to receive them, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the newsletter or by sending us an e-mail to kundeservice@mokki.no.

Even if you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your e-mail and telephone number will still be stored in our customer register, unless you want it deleted and contact you at kundeservice@mokki.no

Where is the personal information obtained from?

We collect personal information from you directly by creating a customer card or conducting a transaction on the website. It is voluntary to provide personal information and you can withdraw your consent at any time by deactivating this in your customer account on mokki.com or by sending us an email to kundeservice@mokki.no 

About sharing personal information

We do not basically share personal information with others, but we have partners who need some information to perform services. We use payment solutions from Klarna, Vipps Stripe and Bambora, which need some information to complete the transaction. By using the payment solutions, you accept the terms from the payment intermediary and our terms of purchase. We do not store your card number. All card transactions and payment transactions take place externally with authorized suppliers.

Bring, Posten, Porterbuddy, Helthjem and Postnord ship the goods from us to you. When you order goods from us, you commit to their terms and our terms of purchase. Our terms of purchase can be found here.

In order for us to have an updated, user-friendly and secure website at all times, we use Simpleness AS as a digital partner. Simpleness AS has access to our platforms and servers, which means that they have access to personal information on mokki.com. Our cooperation contracts with these two suppliers ensure that personal information left on mokki.com is not misused.

About securing personal information

MOKKI AS takes your privacy seriously. For us, it is important that you have confidence that we store and process personal information in a safe and secure manner. Therefore, we have entered into data processor agreements with our third-party players. These data processor agreements regulate how third-party actors can process data made available to them. The agreements state that a third-party actor may only process personal data on MOKKI's behalf and for a defined purpose.

All processing of personal data that we carry out takes place within the EU / EEA area.
