Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary depending on your location, and the correct cost is always shown at checkout. In Norway, you’ll enjoy free shipping on orders above 999 NOK.
How long does it take to receive my order?
With standard shipping, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. If you choose express shipping, you can expect your order within 1–3 business days.
Please note that once your package has left our warehouse, unexpected delays may occur with our shipping partners that are outside of our control.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Starting January 2026, we will ship internationally from our EU warehouse. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 5–20 business days.
Where can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also find the tracking information anytime in your customer account on our website.

Returns
How long do I have to return the item?
Normally, you have 14 days to return a product in Norway – but with Mokki, you always get 30 days. That means you can relax and take your time. Please note that returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in original condition. This is because opened products can’t be resold, and we want to avoid unnecessary waste – both for the environment and out of respect for our customers.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
All our products go through strict quality checks, but even the best can sometimes have defects. That’s why we offer a warranty: if your item arrives damaged or is defective, we’ll replace it with a new one. In most cases, we’ll ask you to return the faulty product so we can analyze what went wrong.
Please note that damage clearly caused by misuse isn’t covered. To keep your eyewear in top shape, handle with care, store properly, and rinse gently after exposure to sunscreen, salt water, or other chemicals—these can degrade materials over time.

When can I expect my refund?
It takes 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the item has been received and your refund has been processed!
Sizing
How do I know the correct size to buy?
Look for our size charts on the product page, which provide measurments for each size. Also - don't hesitate to contact us about your questions. We'll give you a recommendation!
How do I clean my glasses?
We recommend using the included microfiber cloth to gently wipe your lenses. For a deeper clean, rinse the glasses in lukewarm water and let them air dry before polishing with the cloth. Avoid paper towels, tissues, or clothing as they can scratch the lenses. Also, rinse off sunscreen, salt water, or other chemicals as soon as possible, since they can damage the materials over time.
Inventory
Item is out of stock. How long will it be to get restocked?
The time it takes to get a particular item back in stock varies. For an estimated time frame please email us at support@mokki.no.

Discounts
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
The sale ended, can I still use the discount code?
To make things fair to everyone, sales discount codes can only be applied within the timeframe of the sale.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and selected local payment methods. If there’s a payment option you’d like us to offer, let us know – we’re always listening to our customers.
