Return & Claims

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Mokki! However, we understand that things don't always go as planned or that you might simply change your mind. That's why you are welcome to return your products within 30 days. Here's how you can return something that didn't quite fit as expected:

What is our return policy?

  • You can return your products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You may complete our optional cancellation form and send it to us by email.
  • We do not offer exchanges. You can return the products at your own cost for a refund.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

We always do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, we will resolve it for you as fast as possible!

Please let us know immediately regarding product defects, transport damage or wrongly received/missing items by contacting us at support@mokki.no. Kindly include images of the item and packaging.

We will then get back to you as soon as we can. Until then, please hold off on sending anything back — together we will find the best solution.

Who pays for the return?

If you ordered from inside Norway, we offer return labels at the cost of 100 NOK. This will be deducted together with a 5% restocking fee when the refund is made. If you return products from outside Norway, you are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return.

Transport liability:

  • For deliveries to customers, Mokki is fully responsible for any damage or loss.
  • For returns, you are responsible for any damage or loss. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Please note: If there’s anything wrong with your order, please contact us before sending anything back. This way we can find the best solution for you.

How to make a return

From Norway

  1. Click here to register your return and follow the steps.
  2. You will then receive a return label by email to print.
  3. Pack the products in their original packaging with enough protection and include the delivery note inside the box.
  4. Attach the return label and deliver the parcel to your local post office.
  5. Once received, we will refund you. If you use our return label, 100 NOK will be deducted.
  6. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been made.

Outside of Norway (International returns)

  1. Click here to register your return through our Global-E return portal.
  2. You will receive a return label by email (please print it).
  3. Pack the items securely - preferably in the original packaging - and include the return document inside the parcel.
  4. Attach the return label and drop off the parcel at your local DHL Service Point.
  5. Once we receive and process the return, we will refund the product value. Please note that customs charges (duties/taxes) are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund (as calculated in the return portal).
  6. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been completed.
