Mokki uses shipping and delivery services from Bring (Norway) and Hermes (international). International shipments may be delivered by local partner carriers for the final mile.

Shipping in Norway
Domestic shipping in Norway is handled by Bring. Shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown in your cart/checkout before you pay.
Order Processing Cut-off (Norway)
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 are normally shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day.
- During holidays and peak periods, processing times may be longer.
Uncollected Packages (Norway)
For packages in Norway not picked up by the deadline, Mokki reserves the right to charge a fee of up to NOK 150 to cover costs incurred. Uncollected packages are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped from our 3PL warehouse partner Moodja in Berlin, Germany, using Hermes. Depending on destination, Hermes may use local partner carriers for final-mile delivery. Shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Cut-off (International)
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Cut-off time is 08:00 on Mondays (Berlin time).
- Cut-off time is 11:00 Tuesday–Friday (Berlin time).
- Orders received before cut-off are normally processed the same business day and prepared for shipping.
- During heavy sales campaigns/periods, processing times may be longer.
Uncollected Packages (International)
For international shipments that are not collected or cannot be delivered (for example due to incorrect address details), a fee of up to €15 may apply to cover return and handling costs.

Track your Norway shipment at tracking.bring.com. For international shipments, use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
