Norwegian Shipping prices

We now have free shipping for orders over NOK 899 and fixed low shipping of 79,- for orders under NOK 899. We also offer home delivery which costs NOK 139 regardless of order price.

International Shipping prices

It is important to us that it should be stress-free to shop with us, therefore we offer low shipping and easy returns on all orders.

Uncollected packages

For packages that are not picked up by the deadline, Mokki reserves the right to charge a fee of up to NOK 150 for the costs incurred by the dispatcher. Uncollected packages are not normally covered by the right of withdrawal.

Tracking

Packages can be tracked at www.bring.com.

You should have received your tracking number in an email. If you have not received the tracking number or need to have it resent, send an e-mail to kundeservice@mokki.no. We will answer you as soon as we can.

Packing and shipping

All orders are processed and sent out Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day.

We point out that there may be increased processing and delivery time during the holidays.
