Norwegian Shipping Prices
- Only NOK 29 shipping for orders over NOK 999.
- Fixed low shipping of NOK 79 for orders under NOK 999.
International Shipping Prices
We offer international shipping through UPS, with prices varying by destination country. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout so you can review before completing your purchase.

- UPS (international shipping)
Uncollected Packages
For packages not picked up by the deadline, Mokki reserves the right to charge a fee of up to NOK 150 for costs incurred. Uncollected packages are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Tracking
Track your package at www.bring.com or www.UPS.com.
You should have received a tracking number by email. If not, or if you need it resent, please contact us at kundeservice@mokki.no. We will respond as soon as possible.
Packing and Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday.
- Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day.
- During holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer.
